Sales Administrator

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide support for sales representatives.
  • Preparing Quotation & Sales Invoices.
  • Document processing, updating and archiving.
  • Organizing marketing materials.
  • Assisting in Logistic Management and Consignment Stock.
  • Undertaking routine and Ad-hoc non-routine tasks.

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/ Administration/Management, Marketing, Secretarial or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related fields is required for this position.
  • Experienced in Clerical/Administrative Support, Sales Operation, or equivalent is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Able to undertake pressure & meet deadlines 
  • Positive attitude with pleasant personality 
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (Added Advantage)
